Returns & Exchange Policy

At Aarika's Closest, we strive to make sure you have the best experience. Despite our best efforts to keep you happy, due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be times when you feel the need to return/exchange your product.

We have listed everything below about our Returns & Exchange policy so that in case you do decide to cancel your order, or seek refunds, you do not face any problems.


Q: Can I return/exchange my ordered items?

A: Yes for US based customers only! Unfortunately, we do not allow returns/exchanges for any international shipments. At Aarika's Closet, we don't believe in making customers, but strengthening our family with happy family members. We take care to deliver our products in the best possible condition but there's always a possibility that: 

  1. Item(s) may get damaged during transit; or 
  2. There may be a manufacturing defect which didn't get noticed during packing; or 
  3. A wrong item is shipped out to you by mistake; or 
  4. The sizing doesn't work for you.

We request that you retain all the packaging material along with the product. Do not remove any tags, stickers, etc. unless you are sure you want to keep the product.

Presence of original tags is a REQUIREMENT in order to process returns.

No returns will be processed for on SALE items. All Sale items are FINAL SALE!

Q: How soon should I get back to you? 

A: Please reach out to us at within 2-3 days of receiving the order for reporting any complaints with regards to the product received as damaged, found with manufacturing defect, sizing, or any other issues. 

After the mailing address has been sent to you, we should receive the return within 10-14 days. After that time has passed returns/refunds will no longer be accepted.

Q: Do I have to pay the shipping charges for returning the items? 
A: Yes, the Shipping Charges and any additional expenses would be taken care of by you, the customer. 

Q: In what scenarios would you not accept any returns? 

A: We do not accept any returns if:

  • You do not contact us within 2-3 days of receiving your order for reporting complaints.
  • Original tags are not attached to the product.
  • Clothing looks worn/used.
  • Item was marked at a discounted price.
  • You do not send the product within 10-14 days of email communication.

Q: What are the steps of returning any item ordered? 

A: #1 - Informing Aarika's Closet 
In case you have any complaints regarding the product you have received, please ensure that you report it to us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Email us at

#2 - Confirmation email from Aarika's Closet 
You will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us on confirming a Return Accepted, within 2-3 business days. Please do not ship items before you receive this email from us. We will be unable to process any "Items Returned" without the Return Accepted reference.

Please note: We may request a digital picture of the item for our internal review to be able to process your request.

#3 - Shipping Back the Items 

When Shipping back the items: 

  • Please send the items to us through a carrier with tracking to avoid any transit related issues. 
  • Please try and ensure that you retain all the packaging material along with the product. DO NOT remove tags, stickers, etc. Unless you are sure you want to keep the product. Presence of original tags is a MUST to process returns.

#4 - Item Receipt and Inspection 
As a policy, we will examine the products on return and identify the issues as indicated by you.

#5 - Proposed solutions post receipt of returned items 
After the inspection of returned item(s), we will propose solutions on a case by case basis.

Q: For International Shipments, do you cover the cost of duty and taxes?

A: No, the cost of duties and taxes incurred on your shipment are the responsibility of you, the customer.
